合同履行期限：国产设备合同签订后30个日历日内，进口设备合同签订后90个日

3.本项目的特定资格要求：

合同包1(关于为新冠肺 (略) 采购急需医疗设备)特定资格要求如下:

(1)供 (略) 商的，必须具有医疗器械生产许可证（或生产备案凭证——限第一类医疗器械）；代理商投标的，必须具有医疗器械经营许可证（第二、三类医疗器械）或经营备案凭证 （第二类医疗器械）；投标产品必须具有医疗器械注册证（或备案凭证），且以上证照在投标有效期内均为有效。
