Tender Invitation Notice –

Expression of Interest andPre-Qualification in Tender for

Supply and Installation of Lifts Nominated Sub-Contract

On behalf of the Employer, ChinaTelecom Global Limited, we are pleased to invite your Company to expressinterest in tendering for the Supplyand Installation of LiftsNominated Sub-Contract for the captioned Project. Foryour information, the project particulars are as follows: -

1.Project:

Supply and Installation of Lifts Nominated Sub-Contract

2.Location:

At Site in TKO Industrial Estate

3.General Description:
of the Project

Construction of two 8-level (approx..) data centers including offices, data halls, plant rooms, etc.

4.General Description:
of Works

Supply and installation of the following lifts: -

5.Contract Arrangement:

Upon tender award, the lift contractor will be required to sign the following contracts with different parties: -

a) Direct supply contract with the Employer for the supply of lifts

b) Nominated sub-contract with the Contractor as a Sub-Contractor for the installation of lifts and all other associated works required as supplied in item a) above.

Shouldyou beinterestedto tenderfor the captioned works,please send an email toMr. Cedric But (cedric.*@*ttp://**)to get the link for download of tender documenton or before4thAugust2023, andsubmittherequiredinformation according to the guideline in“Conditions of Tendering”,on or before12:00 noon 29thAugust2023to CTG’s office (Attention: Mr. Ivan Chan, 28/F Everbright Centre, 108 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong).Late tenders may not be accepted.


If there is a controlling(i.e., one applicant directly or indirectly holding 50% or more of shares of anotherapplicant) or management relationship between the applicant and anotherapplicant, these applicants shall not separately submit proposals to the sametender and they shall also not submit proposals to different tenders within aproject of CTG.

Pleasebe noted that the following submissions are essential for tender return:

a)

Details of company including business registration certificate, company profile, company organization chart, names of parent holding company and subsidiary company (if any) and date of establishment in Hong Kong;

b)

Financial data of company for the latest 3 years;

c)

Record for fatality accident in the past 2 years in Hong Kong;

d)

Record of minimum 1 no. of minimum 7,500 kg lift installation in Hong Kong in the past 5 years;

e)

Written confirmation for:

(1) Being listed as in Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, List of Registered Lift and Escalator Contractor(s);

(2) Not being listed on probation / suspension from tendering by Development Bureau or on registration cancellation or suspension by Electrical and Mechanical Services Department in past 5 years;

f)

Written confirmation for not forming joint-venture with other company

g)

Written confirmation for all proposed lift are in the same brand;

h)

Completed technical schedule & equipment schedule, refer to P1S1-LT101-T (Mark Up) for must comply and can vary items.

i)

Availability of warehouse for the spare parts list proposed in this project in Hong Kong and its location.

Incompletesubmission or false information may lead to disqualification.
