Nominated Sub-Contract



On behalf of the Employer, China Telecom Global Limited,we are pleased to invite your Company to express interest in tendering for the Supply and Installation of Generator, Fuel Pipe Systemand Fuel Tank NominatedSub-Contract for the captioned Project. For your information, the projectparticulars are as follows: -


1. Project :

Supply and Installation of Generator, Fuel Pipe System and Fuel Tank Nominated Sub-Contract

2. Location :

At Site in TKO Industrial Estate

3. General Description :
of the Project

Construction of two 8-level (approx..) data centers including offices, data halls, plant rooms, etc.

4. General Description :
of Works

a) Supply and installation of total 11 nos. of generator, including 7 nos. of 3000kVA non-FSI 11kV generators, 3 nos. of 3250kVA non-FSI 11kV generators and 1 no. of 1200kVA FSI LV generator;

b) Supply and installation of fuel supply system, including 5 nos. of 60,000L underground fuel tanks for non-FS diesel generators, transfer pipes and pumps, oil leakage system for fuel tanks (including baseframe tanks, daily fuel tank and underground fuel tanks) and fuel polishing system and etc.


The tender document and any other informationsupplied on request in connection with and relating to the Project constituteconfidential information (“Confidential Information”) for the purposesof this tender and, accordingly, you shall hold the Confidential Information tobe received in complete confidence and shall be liable for any loss suffered bythe Employer arising from your unauthorized disclosure of ConfidentialInformation.


Should you be interested to tender for the captioned works, pleasesend an email to Mr. Cedric But (cedric.*@*ttp://**) to get the link for download oftender document on or before 13th October 2023, and submit the required informationaccording to the guideline in “Conditions of Tendering”, on or before 12:00 noon 17th November 2023 to CTG’s office(Attention: Mr. IvanChan, 28/F Everbright Centre, 108 Gloucester Road, WanChai, Hong Kong). Late tenders may not be accepted.


If there is a controlling (i.e., one applicantdirectly or indirectly holding 50% or more of shares of another applicant) ormanagement relationship between the applicant and another applicant, theseapplicants shall not separately submit proposals to the same tender and theyshall also not submit proposals to different tenders within a project of CTG.

Please be notedthat the following submissions are essential for tender return:


a)

Record of business registration certificate, names of parent holding company and subsidiary companies (if any);

Financial data of company for the latest 3 years (from Year 2020 – Year 2022);

c)

Record for fatality accident in the past 2 years (from Year 2021 – present) in Hong Kong;

d)

Record of completed generator installation for data center project in Hong Kong in the past 5 years (from Year 2018 – present);

e)

Written confirmation for:

(1) Being listed as in Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, List of Registered Electrical Contractor(s) and currently not being gazette for any disciplinary action;

(2) Currently not being listed on probation / suspension from tendering by Development Bureau. If the suspension is applied voluntarily by the applicant, the applicant should provide the details on the suspension;

f)

Written confirmation for not forming joint-venture with other company

g)

The certificate of distributor/ agent in Hong Kong issued by manufacturer if any distributor/ agent participates in the tendering;


Incompletesubmission or false information may lead to disqualification.
