Tendering for Steel Structure for BSPP1 Project

Enlink Energy FZE, acting as the tendering agent for the CPP-CPPB Joint Venture (CPP-JV), hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their proposals for tendering for Steel Structure for BSPP1 Project.
1.Tendering Conditions
The project has implemented relevant procedures according to rules, regulations, and laws .as well as the capital has been confirmed. This bidding process is open to all eligible bidders who meet the qualifications specified in the bid documents.
2.Project Overview and Tendering Scope
2.1.Project overview:
Project Owner: PTT Public Company Limited
Tenderee: CPP-CPPB Joint Venture (CPP-JV)
The Phase I project is to deliver the natural gas from the Fifth Transmission Pipeline (5TP) from the tie in point at BP4 to support the anticipated demands along the BSPP route and will be terminated at BS4, including an underground pipeline to the HDD exit point in front of BS5. From this termination point, the pipeline will then continue to the existing SBMR to deliver gas to SBK in Samut Prakan Province (which will be performed under BSPP2). The BSPP1 pipeline system will be ahttp://** 33 km in length. BSPP1 terminates at BS4 included an underground pipeline to the last HDD exit point in a temporary capped end fitting which is approximated 50 m.
2.2.Tendering Scope:

3.Qualification of Bidders
(1) Bidder shall not be the person with the previous record of the contact being terminated by “PTT, CPP, CPPB, CPP-JV or any affiliate or subsidiary thereof http://** called as “Joint Buyer”)” as a result of committing the corrupted act.
(2) Bidder shall not be a litigant in any court cases or any arbitration disputes with Joint Buyer, notwithstanding whether the Bidder is appeared in the Vendor List or not, unless otherwise the dispute has been resolved.
(3) Bidder shall not be a person with a previous record of abandonment of the work awarded by Joint Buyer or whose contract was terminated by Joint Buyer due to any fraudulent act.
(4) Bidders as referred to in the above paragraph shall include their http://** and directors.
(5) The Bidder shall have the independent legal-person status, shall be legally and financially autonomous and operate according to the relevant laws. Other than specified elsewhere in this RFT, Bidder shall furnish qualification documents in accordance with Form 1 of Attachment II as a minimum:
(6) Any bidder shall avoid the following situations: liquidation proceedings, file for bankruptcy protection, bankruptcy proceedings or any inability on contract performance.

4.Submission of Bid Documents
4.1.Acquisition of Tendering Documents
Time of receiving the tendering documents: AM 9:00 on 11th July,2024 to PM17:00 on 16th July,2024 (Abu Dhabi time, the same below).

4.2.Pre-Bid Clarifications

4.3.Submission of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents shall be composed of two (2) components, Technical Proposal (Un-priced) and Commercial Proposal. The Technical Proposal (Un-priced) and Commercial Proposal shall be submitted to the email boxes separately.
The Technical proposal shall be submitted to:

The Commercial proposal shall be submitted to

The overdue delivery of the bid documents will be rejected, and the delivery time shall be subject to the time of designated email ID.
