3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1）境内企业须具有独立法人资格，提供有效营业执照；境外企业，根据该国（地区）的法律，提供在主要制造厂地址注册的有关证明文件。
2）投标人须提供2013年（以合同签订时间为准）至投标截止日不少于1套的30万吨/年及以上Grace Unipol 工艺PP装置循环气压缩机的制造业绩；同时须提供不少于1套的LYB Spherizone PP 装置 MZCR 循环气压缩机、气相反应器再循环压缩机的制造业绩（MZCR 循环气压缩机和气相反应器再循环压缩机各1套业绩）；（提供合同扫描件，每个合同应至少包含合同首页、主要工作范围页、合同金额、合同期限、双方签字盖章页。如合同无法体现以上内容，需提供用户单位盖章的有效证明或其他可证明的材料，原件备查）
3）投标人必须为压缩机组制造厂商，不接受代理商投标。

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).
2) Bidders shall provide the manufacturing performance of no less than 1 set of 300,000 t/a cycle gas compressor for the Grace Unipol process PP plant from 2013(whichever is the time of contract signing) to the tender closing date; at the same time, bidders shall provide no less than 1 set of MZCR recirculating gas compressor and 1 set of recirculating gas compressor of gas phase reactor (1 set each of MZCR recirculating gas compressor and gas phase reactor recirculating compressor) in the Lyb Spherizone PP plant. Bidders shall provide provide contract scanning, each contract should include at least the first page of the contract, the main scope of work page, the contract amount, the contract period, both sides signed and sealed pages. If the contract can not reflect the above content, the need to provide the user unit seal of the effective proof or other provable materials, the original for reference)
3) Bidders should be the compressor unit manufacturer and agents shall not be accepted.
