Qualification Requirements to Bidders

5) 自**日至投标文件递交截止时间前7日（以合同签订时间为准），投标产品（料位开关）在中国境内具有聚烯烃装置的供货业绩，业绩合同中提供的产品须与本次投标产品一致。单个供货业绩合同中不少于30台料位开关。须提供销售合同的扫描件（含双方盖章页、项目名称、货物名称、供货数量、签订日期页）和签字版技术协议的扫描件（应体现项目名称、装置规模、供货清单），未按上述要求提供或提供信息不全，则视为无效业绩。

From July 1,2019 to 7 days before the deadline for submission of tender documents (subject to the time of signing the contract), the bidding products (material level switch) shall have the supply performance of polyolefin plant in China, and the products provided in the performance contract shall be consistent with the bidding products. No less than 30 material level switches in a single supply performance contract. The scanned copy of the sales contract (including the sealed page of the parties, the name of the project, the name of the goods, the supply quantity, the signing date page) and the scanned copy of the signed technical agreement (the project name, the size of the equipment and the supply list) shall be provided. If the contract fails to provide according to the above requirements or if the information is incomplete, it shall be deemed as invalid.

6)投标人开户银行在开标日前三个月内，针对本次招标人开具的资信证明原件或复印件。
