投标人应具备的资格或业绩:（1）投标人是响应招标、已在招标机构处领购招标文件并参加投标竞争的法人或其他组织。任何未在招标机构处领购招标文件的法人均不得参加投标。The Bidder is legal person or other organization that has purchased the Bidding Document from the Tendering Agent, and has participated in the bid. If the bidder is the equipment manufacturer, “Manufacturer Qualification Statement” shall be provided (the format is as per IV-9-2 in Chapter IV of Volume I). “Letter of Authority from Manufacturer”shall be provided by agent(the format is as per IV-9-4 “Letter of Authority from Manufacturer”) ,The copy of the above power of attorney shall be sealed in the bid with the official signing and sealing of the bidder, attaching to the "qualification certificate". If bidder is the agent instead of manufacturer, Authorization by more than one manufacturer is not acceptable. （10）投标人提供2014年1月1日至今在国内*烯酸行业中，流量在4000m3/h以上，汽蚀余量在4.5m以下的混流泵销售业绩至少一套(业绩清单格式见第六章附表1)。The bidder must have the sales experience of at least 1 set of Mixed flow pump with flow rate above 4000m3/h and cavitation allowance below 4.5m in Acrylic acid industry from January 1, 2014 to present. (the Format of Relevant Experiences List is as per the Attachment 1 of Section Six)有效业绩的认定条件为：The successful experience shall be identified upon:提供加盖投标人公章的合同复印件，代理商投标需提供制造商的有效合同复印件。合同须体现供货内容（包括工况条件和技术参数）、合同盖章页、合同签订的时间等相关信息。Copy of the contract shall be provided. Agent shall provide effective copy of manufacture’s contract.
