投标人应具备的资格或业绩:（1）投标人是响应招标、已在招 (略) 领购招标文件并参加投标竞争的法人或其他组织。任何未在招 (略) 领购招标文件的法人均不得参加投标。The Bidder is legal person or other organization that has purchased the Bidding Document from the Tendering Agent, and has participated in the bid. Bidders shall provide the copy of Credit Certificates issued by the bank where his basic account is open, and the copy of Annual Audit Report of 2021, 2022 and 2023 with its company sealing for domestic bidders(excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below), while only signing for bidders abroad(including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below).（11）投标人自2013年至今所投氧化催化剂在中国范围内年产(略)吨及以上(略)烯酸装置上至少有1个有效业绩。 (业绩清单格式见第六章附表2)。有效业绩的确认条件须满足以下条件：1.加盖投标人公章（如为国外投标人只需被授权人签字）的合同复印件, 须体现合同盖章页、采购数量等信息。2.多个合同的最终用户为同一企业法人的视为一个有效业绩，且所投催化剂须在该(略)烯酸装置稳定满负荷运行一年以上；Bidder must have at least one(1) valid and effective experience on Oxidizing Catalyst with same model as this bidding supplied to 80KT/A AA device in China since January 1, 2013.
