合同履约期限：本次招标服务期起止时间为2025年2月1日至2026年1月31日，合同签订采用一年一签，年度考核合格后，进行合同续签，最长不超过3年。
The Contract Period: The bidding service period starts and ends from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, and the contract is signed once a year, and the contract will be renewed after passing the annual assessment, up to 3 years.
