1.Request

China UnicomGlobal Limited (“CUG”) herein invite Eligible Suppliers to submit proposalsand quotes for China Unicom EAC submarine cable Qingdao extension (EAC segmentM #) repair service.

2.Eligible Suppliers

(1)All suppliersare eligible to submit proposals and quotes for the RFP. CUG reserve the rightto request for prequalification.

Tenderer must bean independent legal entity or other organization registered and legallyestablished in any country or region in the world, Tenderer must provide thecopy of registration document.

(2)Tenderer hasexperience of repeatered submarine cable repair in recent five years from 1stDec 2019 to 30th November 2024. Tenderer must provide relevant supportingdocuments.

(3)Tenderer hasthe ability and responsibility to independently obtain all related permit fromdifferent regulatory authorities in covered system at present.

(4)Tenderer canprovide valid invoices in accordance with the China Unicom financialdepartment.

(5)Tenderer mustpromise there is no related record/behavior in past 3 years. ①win thebid by deception. ②serious breach the contract. ③havecritical quality issue or safety problem in other projects.

(6)Tenderer needsto have good bank credit, business reputation and strong comprehensivestrength, and can meet the requirements of purchaser. Tenderer is not under thestatus of being ordered to suspend business, being taken over of property,frozen or bankrupt.

(7)Tenderer is notin China Unicom supplier blacklist now.

(8)Differententities or organizations which have same controller or have holding andmanagement relations, can"t participate in the same tender package.
