Please be advised the GSA with Minimum Guaranteed Revenue (MGR) sales mode is preferred first. And the MGR we accept should be no less than CAD 2000 per flight. If there are more than one company provide the MGR proposal offer, we will choose the company who provides the highest MGR.

If there’s no one apply for GSA with MGR, or the MGR all we receive are less than CAD 2000 per flight, then we will consider to choose the CSA.
