Brief Specification Description: The main service content of this project is to carry out technical services such as network security protection, security assessment, penetration testing, cloud server anti-virus, emergency drills, emergency response and heavy insurance for the important information network system facilities of the party and government organs in Pudong New Area, improve the network data security emergency response mechanism, support the all-weather daily network security management of the big data center in the new area, assist in the construction of network security system and network security performance management, assist in the promotion of classified protection work, data security work, vulnerability management and consulting and training services. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).

合同履约期限：本项目预算金额所涵盖的服务期限为2025年01月01日至2025年12月31日。本次采购工作完成前由原服务商继续履行服务，如本次成交供应商非原服务商，则新成交供应商按照成交价折算支付给原服务单位相应的服务费用，费用按成交总价/365*原单位服务天数计算。

The Contract Period: The period of service covered by the budget amount of this project is from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025. Before the completion of the procurement work, the original service provider will continue to perform the service, if the transaction supplier is not the original service provider, the new transaction supplier will be converted according to the transaction price
