简要规则描述：本项目拟通过公开竞争性磋商的采购方式选取一家合格供应商完成宅基地确权登记，本项目主要工作内容：负责对镇上报的调查数据开展100%区级检查，包括数据质量检查和调查业务检查；负责问题和案例的收集、整理、上报，对镇和调查机构进行政策解读和业务培训；定期跟踪调查登记工作进展，编制工作简报。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier to complete the homestead ownership confirmation registration through open competitive negotiation procurement method, and the main work content of this project is: responsible for carrying out 100% district-level inspection of the survey data reported by the town, including data quality inspection and survey business inspection; Responsible for the collection, sorting and reporting of problems and cases, and conducting policy interpretation and business training for towns and investigation agencies; Regularly follow up the progress of the survey and registration work, and prepare work briefings. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).
