深圳北理莫斯科大学学生工作部实习生招募通知

为进一步提升学生工作的质量与效率,充分引领学生成长,为广大同学创造更多实践锻炼的机会,让同学们在参与校园事务管理中积累经验、提升能力,深圳北理莫斯科大学学生工作部现面向全校学生公开招募部门内部实习生。相关事宜通知如下:

一、招募对象

深圳北理莫斯科大学全体在校学生

二、实习岗位

本次招募涵盖学校学生工作内容相关的多个岗位,具体岗位职责及要求详见附件《2024-2025学年第二学期学生工作部实习岗位信息表》。

三、实习要求

1.热爱学生工作,具有较强的责任心和服务意识。

2.每月保证工作时长不少于 20 小时,能够持续实习2 个月及以上。

四、实习收获

1.实习考核结束后,将为表现合格的实习生发放实习证明,为个人履历增添实践经历。

2.深入了解高校学生工作运作模式,积累丰富的工作经验,提升自身综合素质。

3.获得与校内外老师及优秀学生交流合作的机会,拓展人脉资源。

五、报名方式

有意者请于2月26日17:00前将个人简历发送至申报岗位对应负责老师邮箱,邮件主题请注明 “实习生报名 - 姓名 - 专业 - 联系电话”,对应老师将于3月5日前确定实习生人选。

六、注意事项

1.本次实习为无津贴实习,旨在为同学们提供实践锻炼机会。

2.实习期间,实习生需遵守学校及学生工作部的各项规章制度,严格履行工作职责。

Student Affairs Department Intern Recruitment Notice


In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of student work, fully lead the growth of students, create more opportunities for students to practice and exercise, and allow students to accumulate experience and improve their abilities in participating in campus affairs management, the Student Affairs Department of BIT Moscow University is now open to the whole school Students openly recruit interns in the department. Relevant matters are notified as follows:

Ⅰ. Recruitment Target

All students of SMBU

Ⅱ. Internship Position

This recruitment covers multiple positions related to the school"s student work content. For specific job responsibilities and requirements, please refer to the attachment "Student Affairs Department Internship Position Information Form for the Second Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year".

Ⅲ. Internship Requirements

1. Love student work, have a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness.

2. Guarantee that the working hours are not less than 20 hours per month, and can continue to practice for 2 months or more.

Ⅳ. Internship Gains

1. After the internship assessment, internship certificates will be issued to qualified interns to add practical experience to their personal resumes.

2. Deeply understand the operation mode of college students" work, accumulate rich work experience, and improve their comprehensive quality.

3. Obtain opportunities to communicate and cooperate with teachers and outstanding students inside and outside the school, and expand network resources.

Ⅴ. Registration Method

Interested parties should send their resumes to the mailbox of the teacher in charge of the declared position before 17:00 on February 26. Please indicate "Intern Registration-Name-Major- Contact Number" in the subject of the email. The corresponding teacher will determine the intern candidates before March 5.

Ⅵ. Precautions

1. This internship is an unsubsidized internship, which aims to provide students with practical training opportunities.

2. During the internship period, interns must abide by the rules and regulations of the school and Student Affairs Department, and strictly perform their duties.
