直吹管弯头装配维修 XTDL/##高炉整体送风装置，风口窥视孔装置安装好 件 30 ???炼铁总厂??? 1、内部耐材重新浇筑、小球面更换、插枪管更换（48mm*7mm)、弯头与视孔法兰连接管更换、小法兰法兰盘增加水印、弯头上平面加工找平，吹管耐材内径120mm。 2、直吹管和弯头连接螺栓及密封垫更换。 3、直吹管前端头材质SUS310S,前端头内径（Φ120）。 4、直吹管长度尺寸为1350mm，具体尺寸现场测量。 5、质保期：投入使用后12个月或货到18个月。换下来的旧件发标方回收。 6、耐材： 选用钢纤维刚玉浇注料，其主要成分Al2O3≥65%，满足需方要求。在浇注前对整个管系流域的模具设计遵循确保流量阻损最小原则，做到可操作性，保证浇注密实，确保热风能量有效利用。 制做完毕后，需进行气密性压力试验， 15min内无泄露。每套设备均附检验记录。
