CSA will evaluate your proposal from the economic analysis perspective, and on whether your proposal has met the conditions and requirements in this Announcement and specific materials of the Transaction and other relevant aspects. CSA reserves the right to refuse your proposal under any circumstance.

Lessor’s Qualification Requirements 出租人资质要求：

1. The Lessor shall be a company incorporated in mainland of PRC. If the Lessor is a SPV incorporated in mainland of PRC, its controlling party shall be incorporated in a country which maintains normal diplomatic relations with PRC; if its controlling party is located in mainland of PRC, Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan, this condition shall not apply;
