任务名称：石家庄TOD理念宣传及知识普及项目（视频拍摄类）
石家庄市政府已通过世界银行从全球环境基金(GEF)获得了一笔赠款，用于中国可持续城市综合方式试点项目的研究， (略) 分赠款用于上述咨询服务的支付。执行期内，项目开展了城市、廊道、站点三个层面的战略研究，并召开了系列专题会议，形成了一系列专业研究成果。为全面系统总结项目不同层面开展的研究成果、总结项目执行管理经验、向社会公众宣传城市TOD发展理念，项目办拟组织开展以下项目成果宣传工作。
本咨询项目研究内容包括：（1）制作项目成果宣传片、项目推进纪录片；（2）制作以公共交通出行体验石家庄生活为主题的系列短片。
GEF石家庄市项目管理办公室现邀 (略) （“顾问”）表达其对提供服务的兴趣。有兴趣的顾问应提供相关信息，证明具 (略) 需的资格和相关经验。筛选标准是：咨询顾问应具有五年以上影视媒体行业经历，同等条件下具有国际合作项目宣传推广服务经验者优先，拥有较强的影视媒体制作和执行能力，包括高质量的摄影服务和视频制作能力，并能够提供相应的证明文件（合同或验收报告）；拥有足以开展本项目相关人员。联营体形式参与的咨询顾问，联营体 (略) 资质要求。有兴趣的顾问必须提供相关信息（公司宣传册、类似项目业绩的描述和证明文件，可承担本次咨询任务的人员资格描述和证明文件等等），表明他们有资格执行本咨询服务。
本咨询项目的服务时间预计为：11个月，从2022年5月开始至2023年3月（具体时间按照合同约定）。 (略) 需专家人月总数预计为62人月。

Task Name: Shijiazhuang TOD Concept Publicity and Knowledge Popularization Project (Video Shooting)
The Shijiazhuang municipal government has received a grant from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) through the World Bank for research on the pilot project of an integrated approach to sustainable cities in China, and part of the grant is used to pay for the above-mentioned consulting services. During the implementation period, the project carried out strategic research at three levels: city, corridor and site, and held a series of special conferences, forming a series of professional research results. In order to comprehensively and systematically summarize the research results carried out at different levels of the project, summarize the experience of project implementation and management, and publicize the concept of urban TOD development to the public, the Project Office plans to organize the following publicity work of project results.
The research contents of this consulting project include: (1) making promotional videos of project achievements and documentaries of project promotion; (2) Make a series of short films with the theme of experiencing Shijiazhuang life by public transportation.
GEF Shijiazhuang Project Management Office now invites qualified consulting firms ("consultants") to express their interest in providing services. Interested consultants should provide relevant information to prove that they have the qualifications and relevant experience required to perform the services. The screening criteria are: Consultants should have more than five years of experience in the film and television media industry, and experience in international cooperation project promotion services under the same conditions is preferred. They should have strong film and television media production and execution capabilities, including high-quality photography services and video production capabilities, and be able to provide corresponding supporting documents (contracts or acceptance reports); Have enough relevant personnel to carry out this project. For consultants participating in the form of joint ventures, all parties to the joint ventures must meet the above company qualification requirements. Interested consultants must provide relevant information (company brochures, descriptions and supporting documents of performance of similar projects, descriptions and supporting documents of qualifications of persons who can undertake this consulting task, etc.) to show that they are qualified to perform this consulting service.
The service time of this consulting project is estimated to be 11 months, from May 2022 to March 2023 (the specific time is agreed in the contract). The total number of expert person-months required for the project is estimated to be 62 person-months.
