1. Project description

Shangrao Sanqingshan Airport is a major infrastructure project of China's civil aviation and Jiangxi Province's “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”. It is the first Chinese air traffic project to use the loans of the World Bank and the first regional airport in China to practice the green concept. Shangrao Sanqingshan Airport is located near Tashui Village of Maojialing, the southernmost point of Shangrao Avenue, which is to the south of Shangrao’s downtown area. It is a located 8km away from the city center and is a 4C-Class civil feeder airport. It is positioned as a public business and travel service airport. It covers an area of * mu, with a runway of * meters long and * meters wide, 6 seats (including 3 covered bridges and 3 self-sliding seats), and terminal area of * , * square meters. Models of the same type as Boeing * and Airbus * or below can take off and land. The current target is to reach * , * passenger trips, 4, * tons of cargo and mail, and 7, * annual air traffic movements in * .

Shangrao Sanqingshan Airport was formally opened on May * , * . Up to now four routes have been opened, including Beijing Nanyuan-Shangrao-Huizhou, Shenzhen-Shangrao-Qingdao, Chengdu-Shangrao-Nantong, and Kunming-Shangrao-Harbin. Shangrao can directly reach 8 cities. Since the opening of navigation to April this year, the passenger throughput has exceeded * , * , and the development prospect is promising.

2. Main services of this project

(1) Publicity scheme. Planning a variety of ways in the centers of Xinzhou District, Guangfeng District, Shangrao County, Yushan County, Yiyang County, Hengfeng County, Qianshan County, Dexing City, Wuyuan County, Yingtan City, Quzhou City, Wuyishan City, Harbin City, Qingdao City, Kunming city and other target cities to promote the airport's flight route information.

(2) Implementation of the publicity scheme. Implement specific implementation of the publicity scheme, including the relevant procedures such as examination, approval, and contract signing, etc.

(3) Evaluation of publicity effectiveness. Summarize the publicity service items, and objectively evaluate the achieved results to form a report.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, for domestic consulting units, the first-class qualification of advertising industry is required, and at least three marketing service projects must be completed in the past three years.
