简要规则描述：为解决由群租而引发的公共安全事件、消防安全事件、邻里纠纷等诸多问题，为了还老百姓们一个舒适安全的生活、居住环境，以大大降低*工单的重复性和不满意率，本项目拟通过公开的方式选取一家合格的单位对群租房予以整治，并配备专业车辆清运整治过程中产生的高低床等物资。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: In order to solve many problems such as public safety incidents, fire safety incidents, and neighborhood disputes caused by group rentals, in order to return a comfortable and safe living environment to the people, and to greatly reduce the repetition and dissatisfaction rate of * work orders, this project intends to select a qualified unit to remediate the boarding house through an open way, and equip it with materials such as high and low beds generated in the process of cleaning and remediating by professional vehicles. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)
合同履约期限：12个月，具体以合同签订日期为准。
The Contract Period:12 months, subject to the date of signing the contract.
