3. Description: Xinjiang Tianli Gaoxin Petrochemical Co., Ltd. plans to build FFS Heavy-Duty Packaging Film Project in Xinjiang Tianli Gaoxin Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Dushanzi District, Karamay City.
