投标品牌在国内 * 烯裂解装置中至少具有2台裂解气阀（双闸板，单台口径≥ * ”）连续 (略) * 年及以上的业绩（所提供业绩必须是 (略) (略) 装置的业绩）；
投标人应提供业绩清单（标明型号、用户名称、 (略) 在地、投用时间、装置规模等）、出具业绩合同复印件，其内容至少应包括项目名称、装置名称、产品型号以及签署和盖章页等加盖投标人公章，合同复印件不清晰或不提供合同复印件均视为无效业绩。
投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开立基 (略) (略) 资信证明的原件或复印件。
本项目不接受联合体投标。

Entrusted by SINOCHEM Quanzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (Tenderee), SINOCHEM International Tendering Co., Ltd. (Tendering Agent) invites sealed bids by international competitive from eligible bidders for the supplies as follows:

2. Interested Potential bidders may obtain further information and refer to Bidding Documents from SINOCHEM International Tendering Co., Ltd.
*3.Qualification requirements to the bidders:
1) In terms of domestic bidder in the customs territory of China, a copy of valid business license shall be provided, and in terms of overseas bidder outside the customs territory of China, a copy of business license certificate documents shall be provided.
2)The bidder must conform to following stipulation: companies with two or more legal persons who are legal representatives at the same time, shall not bid simultaneously; Parent company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries and/or holding company shall not bid simultaneously.
3)The bidder must be the manufacturer or the sales subsidiary authorized by the manufacturer ;
4) The bidding product of manufacturer shall have ISO * quality management system certification certificate or equivalent certificate, ISO * 0 environmental management system certification certificate or equivalent certificate, OHSAS * 0 occupational safety and health management system certification certificate or equivalent certificate within the validity period, and the copy of the certificate shall be provided with the official seal of the bidder.
5) Performance requirements (meet at the same time):
①The bidding brand has at least 2 application performances of cracking gas valves (single diameter ≥ * ") in the newly built * KMTA and above ethylene cracking equippment in China;
②The bidding brand has at least 2 operation performances of cracking gas valves (double ram, single diameter ≥ * ) which has been running successfully and stably for five years or more continuously in domestic ethylene cracking equipment (the performance provided must be the performance of continuous operation of non-stop operation unit.
The bidder shall provide a list of performance (indicating the model, origin, user name, user location, commissioning time, device scale, etc.) and issue a copy of the key pages of sales contract or final acceptance certificate with he official seal of the bidder (including project name,device name, product model, signature and seal page, etc.). If the copy of the contract is not clear or the copy of the contract is not provided, it shall be regarded as an invalid performance.
6).
7) The Joint Venture shall not be accepted under this bidding project.
All of the above (1)-(7) are "veto items". Any bid that fails to meet the requirements will be rejected.
