3）The bidder from within PRC customs territoryand domestic manufacturer shall commit that it will provide a copy of valid Radiation Safety Permit for the bidding products before the installation and commissioning of Goods in accordance with Catalog I and Catalog II of the “Regulation on the Safety and Protection of Radical Isotopes and Radio-ray Devices” issued by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China.
