3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder

Qualifications or Performance：

1）The bidder (including each member of Joint Venture) shall be legally registered as an independent Legal Person, in terms of domestic bidder in the customs territory of China (including domestic member of Joint Venture in the customs territory of China), a copy of valid business license shall be provided, and in terms of overseas bidder outside the customs territory of China (including overseas member of Joint Venture outside the customs territory of China), a copy of business license certificate documents shall be provided.

2）The bidder from within PRC customs territory(including domesticmember of Joint Venture in the customs territory of China),shall provide a copy of valid “Enterprise Permit for Medical Devices Business” and/or “Enterprise Registration for Medical Devices Business”.

3）The bidder from within PRC customs territory(including domesticmember of Joint Venture in the customs territory of China)and domestic manufacturer shall commit that it will provide a copy of valid Radiation Safety Permit for the bidding products before the installation and commissioning of Goods in accordance with Catalog I and Catalog II of the “Regulation on the Safety and Protection of Radical Isotopes and Radio-ray Devices” issued by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China.
