qualification requirements on applicant：1.具有一般纳税人资格的境内单位或企业法人，具有有效期内的营业执照（三证合一），银行开户证明、法人授权委托书、安全生产许可证、报名联系人近一年社保记录及相应劳动合同；注册资金大于等于*。（报名时请将此附件在“其他附件”上传）；2.资质要求：建筑工程施工总承包*级及以上资质。3.业绩：有类似工程项目业绩优先考虑（需提供至少三个不同合作厂家的合同及收款凭证）；4.投标人近三年来在招标活动中没有骗取中标、违约或欺诈行为、提供虚假资料、串通投标等不良行为；5.凡有意参与报名单位请按照要求提供资质业绩，同时签订《廉洁诚信合作协议》，随资质业绩一起提供，协议文本请与联系人联系索取；6.以上资料需提供原件或复印件加盖公章；
