qualification requirements on applicant：1.具备有效期内的企业法人营业执照、组织机构代码证、税务登记证（如三证合一则只需提供营业执照）。2.法人授权委托书（含法人、被授权人身份证复印件）。3.业绩要求：具有老旧装置更新项目的相关合同业绩。4.资质要求：具有机电安装工程专业*级以上资质或同等级相关专业资质。5.社保要求：报名单位必须提供授权委托人在本单位缴纳的社保证明（1年）。6.注册资金：投标单位注册资金应≥*元。7.其他要求：需具有安全文明施工许可证。8.以上资料需要提供原件或复印件加盖公章。
