一、招标范围

二、投标须知

Instructions to Bidders

投标单位必须是在菲律宾注册的合法企业，具有挖掘机销售商业许可并可开具正规发票。

The bidding company must be a legal enterprise registered in the Philippines, with a commercial license for the sale of Excavator and could issue a formal invoice.

投标单位须在2024年9月3日上午10：00（北京时间）*@*otmail.com，逾期投标无效。

The bidding company shall send the quotation documents to the tenderer"s email address before 10:00 am on September 3, 2024 (Beijing time): *@*otmail.com Late bidding is invalid.

三、技术要求

1. 发动机排放满足菲律宾标准，发动机功率不小于175马力。

The engine emission meets the Philippine standards and the engine power is not less than 170 HP.

2. 挖掘机铲斗斗容不小于1.1m³，回转速度不小于12r/min，铲斗挖掘力不小于150kN。

The bucket capacity of the excavator shall not be less than 1.1m³, the rotation speed shall not be less than 12r/min, and the bucket digging force shall not be less than 150kN.

3. 每台挖掘机标配一套破碎锤。

Each excavator is equipped with a set of breaker hammers.

4. 供应商负责办理上牌手续。

The supplier is responsible for handling the relevant (licensing) procedures.

四、付款方式

Payment terms

预付款30%，签订合同后15日内；

Advance payment of 30%，within 15 days after sign the contract；

交货款70%，交货验收后15日内。

Receiving payment of 70%，within 15 days after the delivery acceptance of equipment;
