投标人应具备的资格或业绩:The bidder shall have been registered not later than Dec. * , * , the copy of the business license and/or other equivalent certification documents shall be provided in the bid;
The bidder has completed at least one education or IT equipment procurement project in China from 1 January * to the initial date of the bid submission deadline, which is financed by foreign government loans or international financial organizations. The contract amount of each completed project shall not be less than 5 million euros (or equivalent USD or equivalent RMB), The bidder shall provide a copy of the bid-winning notice, a copy of the purchase contract (including the first page of the contract, the price page, the signature page, the equipment list page (price information can be deleted) and the contact information of the owner) and a copy of the project acceptance certificate issued by the user. Among them, the bid-winning notice, the signing time of the procurement contract and the date of the project acceptance certificate shall be within the above-mentioned specified time limit and shall be stamped with the official seal of the bidder.
