1.The title of contract is revised as "Research on Rail Transit Station Area Planning Based on TOD Concept [Nanchang]".

2. The clause 1 of Qualification for Consultant is revised as:

“The Consultant should have extensive expertise and profound experience in formulating and implementing urban TOD strategies, schemes, plans and projects. It should have more than 8 years of experience in international or domestic urban planning and rail transit planning. Or in the past 5 years, it has completed TOD planning and development strategy consultation, pre-consultation, planning research, planning design, engineering consultation and investment and financing planning involved in a pre-consultation TOD project of area along the transit lines or of a station/depot. It required the proof documents (a copy of contract or acceptance report) issued by client/owners or the detail project information (at least including the project name, contract date and place, the description for the task, the client name etc); It should have sufficient expert resources in the relevant fields of the project. For the Joint Venture, each member shall have the similar experience.”

3. The submission deadline is revised as: “Expressions of interest (both in Chinese and English) must be delivered in a written form to the Procurement Agent address below by mail or by email (PDF) by * : * am, December * , * .”
