3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder

Qualifications or Performance：The Bidder must be the manufacturer or the agent authorized by the manufacturer. If the Bidder is the agent, it shall provide the authorization issued by the manufacturer directly within the valid period, otherwise the bid will be rejected.
