技术规格：
（1）具有在线测量补偿功能，设置一套补偿参数，只在在线测量时有效，对离线样板测量无效。
（2）镀层测厚仪的测量模式在上位机的设定信息中下发。具有涂层厚度断面扫描、定点测量、三点测量功能。扫描速度可调，至少可以达到4.5m/min。
（3）镀层测厚仪需具有完整的人机操作界面，能实时显示带钢长度方向与宽度方向涂层分布情况。特别要求在连续扫描模式下，除常规上传数据外，如断面测量值，最大、最小、平均值等，还需将DS、CE、WS三个位置的测量值（具体位置可由参数设定）画出趋势图，根据预定规则判断该数据的合格性，并传送给上位机和输出给数据存储计算机。
（4）具备铝含量测量能力。

Technicalspecifications：
(1) It shall be provided with the function of online measurement compensation, can set a set of compensation parameters, which is only effective in online measurement, and is invalid for offline sample measurement.
(2) The measuring modes of the gauge shall be issued in the setting information of host computer. It shall be provided with the function of scanning section, fixed-point measurement and three-point measurement of coating thickness. Scanning speed is adjustable and up to 4.5m/min.
(3) The gauge shall have a complete HMI to display the distribution of coating in the direction of length and width of strip steel in real time. Especially in continuous scanning mode, in addition to the conventional upload data, such as the cross-section measured value, maximum, minimum and average values, it is still necessary to draw the trend chart of measured values in DS, CE and WS (by parameter setting), determine the eligibility of the data according to the predetermined rules, and transmit the same to the host and output to the data storage for calculation.
