(2) The bidder may be an agent on behalf of a manufacturer which is within the same group as the bidder, in which case the bidder shall provide the supporting documents to prove that, or may be a supplier of A2 and higher level of the equipment and material procurement center of Baoshan Iron & Steel, in which case the bidder shall be accordingly authorized. Agent bidder in any other form will be rejected. 
(3) The bidder shall have the history of successfully supplying gearboxes for electrical blower unit of 35,000kW and above from January 2012 to date.
(4) All qualification certificates, licenses and authorization certificates provided by the bidder (within the validity period) shall be authentic. In case of forging, alteration or falsification, the bid will be rejected once discovered.
(5) As the project is subject to complex and high technical requirements, any bidder who wishes to participate in this project shall contact the tenderee to carry out technical exchanges before the bid opening and signing the technical agreement.
