？A. ★投标人必须是具有独立法人资格的低温球阀（8"-18"）制造商或代理商。
独立法人资格要求：如果 (略) ，需提供有效的营业执照（具备独立法人资格）、一般纳税人证明/税务登记证、组织机构代码证复印件，并加盖公章（ (略) 有证明文件在年审有效期内）；如果 (略) ， (略) 登记注册证明。
Bidder shall be manufacturer or authorized agent designated by manufacturer with the qualification of independent legal entity of Cryogenic Ball Valve（8"-18"）.
If the bidder is a domestically registered company, it is required to provide a valid business license (with independent legal person status), general taxpayer certificate/tax registration certificate, a copy of the organization code certificate, and affix the official seal (all the above certificates are within the validity period of the annual review) ); if the bidder is an overseas registered company, a valid company registration certificate is required.

(略) 报的本次招标低温球阀的原产地和 (略) 提供业绩中的低温球阀原产地以及制造商一致，且所投本次招标低温球阀应在 (略) 进行生产和检验，不得委托加工。投标人提交能体现原产地和制造商的业绩证明文件，包括1.合同复印件或2.报关单或3.原产地证明或4. BV、DNV、劳氏等国际知名第三方检验机构出具的报告， (略) 检验报告、制造过程检验报告等。
Origin requirements
The original place and manufacturer of cryogenic ball valves of the bidder’s quotation shall be in accordance with the original place and manufacturer of the cryogenic ball valves of the offered performance, and must be processed and inspected in the original place, OEM is forbidden. To prove country of origin and manufacturer, Bidder shall provide the reference evidence, including 1.contract copies or 2. customs declaration or 3.place of origin certificate or 4. certified by a third authority such as Lloyd"s, BV or DNV or other internationally renowned authority, the certification include factory inspection report,？manufacturing process inspection report, etc.
F★质量保证要求
制造商应提供ISO9001质量管理体系认证证书，且证书在有效期内。代理商投 (略) 代理的产品制造商的ISO证书。
QA Requirement
Manufacturer shall have the？ISO9001 quality management system certification and the certificate is valid.The agent shall have the ISO certificate of the product manufacturer.
（2）业绩要求：
Requirement？for Bidder？Single？Quotes_s reference:
自2011年1月1日至投标截止日（合同签署日期）， (略) 投产品应具有在中国境内 (略) 项目深冷球阀的供货业绩，应同时满足以下两点：
1、提供的业绩中包含至少有2台尺寸≥16”磅级 ≥1500LB深冷球阀；
2、提供的业绩中至少有一个合同尺寸≥10”且磅级≥1500LB的深冷球阀数量不少于10台。
From January 1, 2011 to the bid deadline (the date of signing the contract), the products submitted by the bidders should have the supply performance of cryogenic ball valves in the LNG receiving station project in China, and should meet the following two points at the same time:
1. The performance provided includes at least 2 cryogenic ball valves of size ≥16" pound class ≥1500LB;
2. There is at least one cryogenic ball valve with contract size ≥ 10”and pound class ≥1500LB in the performance provided, and the number of cryogenic ball valves is not less than 10.
投标人须提交有效的业绩表和相关证明文件，业绩证明文件至少包括1.合同复印件相关章节和2.到货验收材料。业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、货物名称及类型（深冷球阀）、项目名称（ (略) 项目）、供货数量、阀门尺寸、磅级。所提供的业绩应为正常的批量供货的产品业绩。未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法验证前述业绩信息，均视为无效业绩。？
The bidder must submit a valid performance form and relevant certification documents. The performance certification documents shall at least include 1. Relevant chapters of the copy of the contract and 2. Arrival acceptance materials. The performance certification documents must at least reflect the following contents: the time when the contract was signed, the name and type of the goods ( cryogenic ball valve), project name (LNG terminal project）, supply quantity, valve size, and pound class. The performance provided should be the performance of products supplied in normal batches
