③预验收费（如有）、设备安装费、调试费、最终验收费、培训费等。招标文件第八章规定的投标人（卖方）应履行义务的费用。

③ Pre-acceptance fee (if any), equipment installation fee, commissioning fee, final acceptance fee, training fee, etc.
