2Supplier Qualification Requirement
2.1 The bidder must be a legal person or other organization from the Peoples Republic of China, or from a country or region that has normal trade
with the Peoples Republic of China (please provide a copy of the business license or a copy of the valid company registration document in the place
where the bidder is located). The entity must be able to independently bear civil and liability and be able to provide goods and services for the project.
2.2 Eligibility for Package 1: Bidders must provide services under the services agreed in the Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA) of
2018 (or above), and special ground handling equipment including Pallet Loader and Passenger Stairs. All information mentioned above must be
confirmed by bidders.
2.3 Eligibility criteria for Package 2: Bidders must provide services under the services agreed in the Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA)
of 2018 (or above), and bidders must provide an area for ULD (Unit Load Device) control and be able to provide roll devices. All information
mentioned above must be confirmed by bidders.
2.4 The bidder must obtain the bidding documents per the requirements of the bidding announcement of the Project, otherwise it is not eligible to
participate in the Project.

We would like to request you to submit your project application with your authority certificate, company brief, tool and equipment list, manpower,
etc. to our group mailbox: cgzx3cnpostair.com before 23 October 2023.
