边裂仪成套设备4套：CP7、CA23、CA24、CA25各1套，测量精度≤±0.2mm，系统运行率≥99.8%；CP7最小检测规格为1.5mm×1.5mm，漏检率（≥2mm×1.5mm)为零；CA23/24/25最小检测规格为1mm×1mm，漏检率（≥2mm×1mm)为零；要求系统具有先进的通讯接口技术，通讯方式为Profinet,通过通讯电缆与基础自动化或过程控制计算机连接，以方便实现检测数据输出，同时接收钢种代码、钢卷号等信息。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：境外投标人CIF 目的港上海，境内投标人武钢硅钢部项目现场

交货时间：境外投标人2024年10月31日FOB交货，境内投标人2024年12月15日DDP交货

（4）投标人自2018年1月1日起至投标截止日必须在硅钢生产线具有不少于4套同类检测设备供货业绩（以上时间指合同签订时间）；

（5）投标人所提供的各种资格证书、许可证、授权证书等（在有效期内）必须真实,如有伪造、涂改、虚假,一经发现作为废标。
