The cupping testing machine needs to be equipped with the load and displacement sensor to practically measure the changing relation between the punching load and the stroke displacement during the forming process of the plate materials and draw out the time-load-displacement curve. In which ,the displacement sensor needs to be configured on the cylinder.The passive displacement sensor shall not be adopted to measure the displacement at the highest point of the plates to get the displacement signal. 　　　* The cupping testing machine adopts the traditional structure that the terrace die is placed below and the concave die is placed upper. The hight of the testing machine should meet the condition that it is convenient for the ordinary tester of 160cm in hight to operate the upper die and real-time observe the forming process through the observing hole of the upper die or adopt the on-line strain analyzer to carry out the strain measurement. CCD video mode shall not be permitted to observe the forming process. The width or diameter of the observing hole shall not be less than 100mm. * The cupping testing machine punching pressure shall not be less than 400kN and the maximum edge pressing force shall not be less than 220kN. The maximum stroke of the punch shall not be less than 120 mm，the edge pressing circle stroke shall not be less than 38 mm，the maximum diameter of the punch head is 75 mm，the maximum diameter of FLC test is 100 mm，the maximum diameter of Bulge test is 100 mm，the maximum diameter of the punching lamination is 170 mm，the maximum punching speed shall not be less than 500 mm/min，the minimum stroke precision shall not be inferior to 0.1 mm and the punching/hold-down force control precision shall not be inferior to 0.1 kN. An mounting hole (slot) shall be preserved on the desk of the testing machine so that the rigid connection between two sets of strain analyzer (the on-line strain analyzer of German Vialux Company Autogrid and German GOM Company Aramis ) which the tenderee has had and the fixed framework shall be realized.;
