投标人提供的印刷电路板式换热器制造商须有《中华人民共和国特种设备生产许可证》，许可范围不低于“压力容器制造A2级”。并提供有效的特种设备型式试验证书且证书批准范围涵盖本次招标范围。投标时需提供证书原件扫描件（原件备查）并可在全国特种设备公示信息查询平台（https://cnse.e-cqs.cn/info-pub/pub）核实。
A. The manufacturer of PCHE provided by the bidder must have the "Special Equipment Production License of the People"s Republic of China", and the scope of the license shall not be less than "pressure vessel manufacturing A2 level". And provide a valid special equipment type test certificate, and the scope of certificate approval covers the scope of this bidding. When bidding, a scanned copy of the original certificate (the original is for future reference) and can be verified on the national special equipment publicity information query platform (https://cnse.e-cqs.cn/info-pub/pub).
