| Multi-Point Flex Thermocouple 6 Sets for Unit 711 of Power Station POX Plant&Multi-Point Thermocouple 4 Sets of OCU Plant | 10sets | Till December 31, 2013, the bidder shall have at least two sales performance of pressure reducer and attemperator in China applied in 8,000 KTA or above newly-built Refinery project or 800 KTA or above newly-built Ethylene project and which shall be integrated angle type with inlet design pressure rating of no lower than 2,500LB and design temperature of no lower than 510℃. And pressure reducer and attemperator with bypass function for accident (opening time less than three seconds) should be found in at least one of sales performance. The bidder shall provide performance list as required format, relevant sales contract (including Technical Appendix) and/or other supporting document copies (such as end-user certification or public information, etc.). The relevant sales contrac and/or other supporting documents provided by the bidder shall include but not limited to the information of contract signature date, project or plant name, product structure, inlet design pressure rating, design temperature and production function description. If the relevant sales contract and/or other supporting documents are not provided, or the relevant sales contract and/or other supporting documents can not verify the information of contract signature date, project name, product structure, inlet design pressure rating, design temperature and production function, the relevant sales performance shall be deemed as invalid. |
