2.原内容：
烟气中NOX 设计排放含量降低至80mg/Nm3 以下（3％O2 干基）；100％负荷条件下
烟气设计排放量12800kg/h 时，NOx 总排放量小于12kg/h；CO 小于50mg/Nm3（3％
O2 干基）；SO2 小于 50 mg/Nm3（3％O2 干基）；烟尘小于20mg/Nm3（3％O2
干基）；其他排放要求也必须达到目 (略) 规定的排放浓度要求。
Existing:
As for the burners’ existing condition, vendor shall provide a proposal to retrofit
the floor and side burners so as to meet following requirements: normal
case(70-100%duty), decoking case, increasing and decreasing temperature case.
All cases value of NOx is less than 80mg/Nm3(3% O2 dry basis); total amount of
NOx is less than 12kg/h when flowrate of flue gas is 12800kg/h; CO less than
50mg/Nm3(3% O2 dry basis); SO2 less than 50mg/Nm3(3% O2 dry basis);
particulates less than 20mg/Nm3(3% O2 dry basis); other emission values shall
also be less than requirements of local government.
修改为1、裂 (略) 工况时，在100%操作负荷、烟气氧含量2.5%的条件下，烟气中NOX 设
计排放含量性能保证值达到90mg/Nm3 以下（3％O2 干基）；在烟气设计排放量
12800kg/h 时，NOx 总排放量小于12kg/h；CO 小于50mg/Nm3（3％O2 干基）；
SO2 小于 50 mg/Nm3（3％O2 干基）；烟尘小于20mg/Nm3（3％O2干基）；其他
排放要求也必须达到目 (略) 规定的排放浓度要求。
2、裂解炉退料、烧焦、热备以及投料工况时，在烟气氧含量12.5%、允许烧嘴添加蒸汽的
条件下，烟气中NOX 设计排放含量性能保证值达到100mg/Nm3 以下（3％O2 干基），
CO 小于50mg/Nm3（3％O2 干基）；SO2 小于 50 mg/Nm3（3％O2 干基）；烟尘
小于20mg/Nm3（3％O2干基）；其他排放要求也必须达到目 (略) 规定的排放
浓度要求。
Modification:
1. When the cracking heater is on normal operation case,100% operation duty and
2.5% content of oxygen in flue gas stream, the designed emission limits of NOX
shall be guaranteed less than 90mg/Nm3（3％O2 dry basis）; the total emission
amount of NOX is less than 12kg/h when the flow rate of flue gas is 12800kg/h;
CO less than 50mg/Nm3(3% O2 dry basis);SO2 less than 50mg/Nm3(3% O2 dry
basis); particulates less than 20mg/Nm3(3% O2dry basis); other emission limits
shall also be less than requirements of local government.
2. When the cracking heater is in the case of turndown, coking, hot standby and
feeding, 12.5% content of oxygen in flue gas stream and allowable of adding
steam for burner, the designed emission limits of NOX shall be guaranteed less
than 100mg/Nm3（3％O2 dry basis）, CO less than 50mg/Nm3(3% O2 dry
basis);SO2 less than 50mg/Nm3 (3% O2 dry basis); particulates less than
20mg/Nm3(3% O2dry basis); other emission limits shall also be less than
requirements of local government.
