1. 因对本项目工程量清单（含编制说明）及最高投标限价（含编制说明）进行修改，现重新发布工程量清单（含编制说明）及最高投标限价（含编制说明），请投标人在“ (略) 公共 (略) （http://**）”中的“ (略) ”本项目的“招标文件澄清与修改”内的“附件管理”中自行下载，否则引起的一切后果由投标人自行承担。

2. 本项目补充CAD版的现状实测地形图和勘探点平面图供投标人参考，请投标人在“ (略) 公共 (略) （http://**）”中的“ (略) ”本项目的“招标文件澄清与修改”内的“附件管理”中自行下载，否则引起的一切后果由投标人自行承担。

3. 本项目招标文件-“第二章 投标人须知”-“第一节 投标须知前附表”-“条款号3.2.3最高投标限价或其计算方法”内容修改为：“本项目招标最高投标限价*.58元，其中：①本项目总设计费* 元（其中方案设计、初步设计、施工图设计及其他专项设计费为*元，BIM 技术应用费*元），②建安工程费：本项目建安费最高投标限价为：*.58元（含暂定金 *.00元）。暂定金额、设计费报价不按招标文件规定的 (略) 理。”

修改、澄清（答疑）纪要内容如下：

1. 因对本项目工程量清单（含编制说明）及最高投标限价（含编制说明）进行修改，现重新发布工程量清单（含编制说明）及最高投标限价（含编制说明），请投标人在“ (略) 公共 (略) （http://**）”中的“ (略) ”本项目的“招标文件澄清与修改”内的“附件管理”中自行下载，否则引起的一切后果由投标人自行承担。

2. 本项目补充CAD版的现状实测地形图和勘探点平面图供投标人参考，请投标人在“ (略) 公共 (略) （http://**）”中的“ (略) ”本项目的“招标文件澄清与修改”内的“附件管理”中自行下载，否则引起的一切后果由投标人自行承担。

3. 本项目招标文件-“第二章 投标人须知”-“第一节 投标须知前附表”-“条款号3.2.3最高投标限价或其计算方法”内容修改为：“本项目招标最高投标限价*.58元，其中：①本项目总设计费* 元（其中方案设计、初步设计、施工图设计及其他专项设计费为*元，BIM 技术应用费*元），②建安工程费：本项目建安费最高投标限价为：*.58元（含暂定金 *.00元）。暂定金额、设计费报价不按招标文件规定的 (略) 理。”

4. 本项目招标文件-“第五章 工程总承包模拟清单及计价”-“第三节 最高投标限价”-第4点修改为：“本项目的最高投标限价*.58元，其中暂定金额*元。”

5. 本项目招标文件-“第四章 合同条款及格式”-“第三部分 专用合同条款”-“17.4 质量保证金”-“第17.4.1 承包人提供质量保证金的方式”内容修改为：“质量保证金采用以下第(2)种方式：(1) 提供工程质量保证担保，保证方式及保证金额为：/ ；(2) 采取以下 B 种方式预留3%的工程款作为质量保证金。”

6. 本项目随原公告发布的发投标人资料压缩包中“2、合同附件-成本管理篇中的附件2：轨道海沧中心TOD项目(H2024P02地块)项目推荐材料设备品牌”作废，新的“2、合同附件-成本管理篇中的附件2：轨道海沧中心TOD项目(H2024P02地块)项目推荐材料设备品牌（答疑版）”随本答疑纪要发布，请投标人在“ (略) 公共 (略) （http://**）”中的“ (略) ”本项目的“招标文件澄清与修改”内的“附件管理”中自行下载，否则引起的一切后果由投标人自行承担。
