And small assembly component spot welding in 3.1.2.2. g.ΔThe torch electrode arm needs to be replaceable design to meet the needs of different parts. h.Upper and lower electrode cooling water flow meter shall be installed on the torch. i.Brand：Welform（Hangzhou） or Ohara（Nanjing）. 3）Robot tool quick changing device Workstation should be equipped with robot tool quick-change mechanism, the robot can automatically replace the spot welding torch to deal with different test workpieces. The specific requirements are as follows： a.Load：≥300Kg。 b.Locking force：≥31000N。 c.Repeatability accuracy：≤0.02。 d.High stability, modular interface, light weight and small volume. e.Brand：ATI or NITTA. 4）Spot controller. The relevant requirements are as follows： a.Medium frequency DC spot welding controller. b.At least 9 welding pulse could be realized within one spot welding cycle. c.Time and currency for each welding pulse are independent and adjustable. d.Nominal power is no less than 150kVA. e.Brand：Ohara（Nanjing）or Meida（Shanghai）medium frequency spot welding controller. 5）Welding positioner. The relevant requirements are as follows： a.Bi-axis rotation positioner with tilting shaft and rotary shaft. b.The driven mode of bi-axis positioner is servo drive. c.Be equipped with synchronizing coordination function with robot. d.ΔRotating speed： Large shaft rotating 180°≤6s 、small shaft rotating 180°≤5s。 e.ΔShaft rotating angle：±75°(tilting shaft), ±180°(rotating shaft). f.Load：≥300kg。 g.Accuracy：±0.2mm（R=500mm）。 h.ΔBrand：International well-known brand. ;
