The self-actuated pressure regulator provided by VENDOR shall be the mature products of the manufacturers, new trial products would not been accepted. The products provided by VENDOR shall have at least two projects of two years or more of successful performance(from the date of acceptance of delivery or the certificate issued by the applicant) of the in the petroleum refining industry, and provide the corresponding written materials(written material refers to: the contract and the delivery of acceptance or the contract and the use of a valid certificate issued by the user). If the above documents do not contain the name of the facility where the self-actuated pressure regulator is located and the information of the user, the bidder shall provide a valid document.

VENDOR must obtain TS B2 certification (People's Republic of China special equipment manufacturing license, according to the evidence level self-actuated pressure regulator). Domestic products must obtain TS B2 certification. Foreign products, if not obtained TS B2 certification, we accept the pressure vessel or pressure pipe components type test certificate.

VENDOR shall guarantee that all the designing, fabricating, configuring, commissioning will be done in his own factory and provide Certificate of Origin, OEM product is not acceptable.

The deadline for purchasing the bidding document is changed to July 3, 2017.
