And the bidder should The qualification certificate and other details shall be provided.(2) The bidder must have performance experience in terms of 800-ton or above blanking line for automotive exterior steel plate, with not less than 8 sets of 630-ton or above blanking lines for automotive interior and exterior steel plate having been put into operation in China mainland in recently 5 years (from Jan. 1, 2013), and related proof for performance shall also be provided if the tenderee required.(3) The bidder shall have the performance on design, manufacture and supply the equipment similar with proposed equipment (thickness: 0.4-3.2mm, tensile strength ≥780MPa), and the operation is in good order.(4) The bidder shall be responsible for the complete design of each part of the equipment, integration, transport and after-sales service of the blanking line.(5) When bidding the key equipment or components of the blanking line (including cleaners, straighteners, stocker, pendulum shear die, pressing machine, electric control), the bidder shall possess mature experience in using such equipment or components . The pendulum shear structure requires die-mold , with mature application cases provided if the tenderee required.(6) Quality control: The bidder shall conduct quality control on the design within the scope of work as well as the procurement of equipment and some special materials, including subcontractors’ projects, so as to ensure the quality’s conformity to the requirements, and in the bidding plan, the bidders shall provide quality control standards in line with that of the international corresponding industries, and when needed, quality assurance plan and quality management handbook shall be provided for the review of the tenderee. | |||
