2.Qualification requirement:

Performance requirement: The MEG system skids the supplier selected for the LS * -2 SEMI platform should be manufacturer proven products, the products which is newly trial-manufacture is inacceptable，The MEG system skids need to meet below requirements：The manufacturer shall have reference of at least 2 sets MEG system which have successfully operated for more than 2 years(The initial time of successful operation is the date when commissioning report is signed on user site) in FPU（Floating Production Unit）.The supplier shall submit valid track records and relevant documentary evidence to prove the requirements mentioned above,including at least: relevant chapters copies of contract and commissioning report on user site.  

Qualification requirement: The bidder must be the manufacturer, don't accept the bid that is agent.

3.Main technical requirement: (1)The MEG regeneration and reclamation system skids shall be suitable for offshore platform application, The MEG Regeneration & Reclamation Package shall be designed, manufactured, certified and tested in accordance with the requirements of BID documents, the latest revision of the correlative codes, 点击查看>> SUPPLIER shall at his own cost arrange inspection and obtain final certificate of The MEG regeneration and reclamation system skids from one of the certifying agencies authorized by COOOSO, which are ABS, DNV, BV, Lloyd’s and CCS.
