2. Qualification Requirements

The valve and actuator of shutdown and blowdown provided by VENDOR shall be the mature products of the manufacturers. The newly trial products is unacceptable. The valve and actuator of shutdown and blowdown valves that VENDOR supplied should have at least two projects had successful applications in offshore platform or FPSO for two years ( From the date of acceptance of delivery or the certificate issued by USER). The VENDOR product performance must include no less than * " ANSI * # and no less than 3" ANSI * # of valves and actuators' performance. The VENDOR shall provide the corresponding documents (written material refers to: contract and the commissioning acceptance documents or contract and the effective proof certificate issued by the operator).  If the above documents do not contain the name of the facility where shutdown and blowdown is located and the information of the user, the VENDOR shall provide a valid document. The product type of the performance provided by the VENDOR shall be the same as the product type of the tender.

The valve and actuator of shutdown and blowdown valves shall be designed, manufactured, certified and tested in accordance with the requirements of Safety Rules for Offshore Fixed Platform Issued by State Economic & Trade Commission. Supplier shall at his own cost arrange inspection and obtain inspection compliance certificate of The shutdown and blowdown valves from one of the certifying agencies authorized by COOOSO, which are ABS, LIoyd's, DNV,CCS，BV.

The trunnion ball valves shall as a minimum meet the requirements of API 6D and ASME B * . * ,the floating ball valves shall as a minimum meet the requirements of ASME B * . * .the manufacturer should provide 点击查看>> ISO certificate within the validity period，the firesafe design of valves should meet API * or API 6FA,at the same time to obtain fire type certificate of the third party.
