Fan manufacturer shall have the history of manufacturing primary dust removal fan for converter with nominal capacity of * t and above which has been operating stably for 2 years and above.2、Prior to bidding, the bidder shall conduct technical exchange and initiatively sign the technical appendix with the tenderee, and submit the bidding document according to the technical appendix and supplementary agreement of the technical appendix confirmed by both parties. In case of any contradiction between the technical agreement and supplementary agreement of the technical appendix and the bidding document, the latter shall prevail.3、Bids from agents are unacceptable.4、Fans shall be priced as imported fans and prices shall be listed separately.
