A.投标人必须是PCS、ESD和F&G系统的制造商。投标人应具有良好的信誉、售后服务能力、强大的工程能力、系统集成能力、充足的人力资源和工程力量来完成本项目

★2. Requirementsfor Qualification and reference of Bidder:
（1）Requirementsfor Qualification of Bidder:
★ A. The vendor must be the manufacturer of eitherPCS, ESD and F&G system.     Vendor shall have goodreputation, capability of after-sales service, powerful engineering capability,system integration ability, sufficient man resources and engineering force tofulfill this project.
 
★B.The central control system must obtain at least one of five classificationsociety (ABS, LR, DNV, BV or CCS) of the third party product certification. TheESD and F&G system must meet the SIL 3/ TüV AK-6. The SIL 3 certificatedsystem shall be included system software, hardware and safety control network,such as controller modules, I/O modules, communication modules, datacommunication bus and the software relative with safe control system configuredon the operator workstations and engineer workstations.
 
(2)  Requirement for Bidder'sreference:
★The?PCS, ESD, F&G shall be standard products and results of successfuloperation of at least 2 offshore oil/gas platforms /FPSO projects by December 1, * shall be provided， qualifiedperformance shall include complete PCS, ESD and F&G system.
The?VENDOR must provide at least two successful application supporting documentsshall include but not limit to as following:
a.Copy of the contract, which include the scope ofsupply, signing time, and the usage circumstance and
b.Copy of FAT/SAT report signed by a third partyclassification society or Check Acceptance Certificate or Final AcceptanceCertificate or End user Statement.
★The?fire & gas detection/alarm devices must be standard product manufactured byoriginal factory of equipment manufacturers and the certificate of origin fromlocal commerce association must be providedor （promised submit delivery）and results of successful operationof at least 2 offshore oil/gas platforms /FPSO projects by  December1, * shall be provided.
