If bids arenotdelivered to the designated place, the tenderee will not accept them.3) After mailing the bids, the bidders can actively call the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Public Resources Trading Center to verify whether the mailed bids are delivered within the prescribed time before the bid deadline.
