Bidder shall bemanufacturer or authorized agent designated by manufacturer with thequalification of independent legal entity. Bidder from within the PRC CustomsTerritory shall provide valid businesslicense,Organization Code Certificate and tax registration certificate or integrated business license combined above threecertificates. Bidder from outside the PRC Customs Territory shall provide validindependent legal entity certificate.

The bidder shall providecopies of the three type certifications of the manufacturer whenbidding, if the three type certifications include one or several parameter ofvalve type, size, temperature and pressure, the corresponding parameter shallcover the corresponding valve’s highest parameter inthe bidding documents. （3） 低泄漏认证证书：阀门必须具备可靠的外密封性能，应至少达到TA-LUFT或ISO * 8-1的要求，并提供相关测试的TA-LUFT证书或ISO * 8 PART 1的认证。
Leakage certification：Valvesshall have a reliable outside sealing performance and meetthe requirements of TA-LUFT or ISO * 8-1. VENDOR shall provideTA-LUF certification or ISO * 8 PART 1.

A.From January 1, * tothe deadline for submission of bids（according to the date of contract signature）, the manufacturer shall have at least 2 domestic LNG receivingterminals (with a scale of no less than 2 million tons/year) performance ofoperating cryogenic butterfly valves, among them there is at least one contractof which has no less than * sets cryogenic butterfly valves and one set * " and above and * LB and above cryogenic butterfly valves.

If theabove item 1 and 2 can not prove the name and scale of LNGreceiving stations,the bidder shall provide other public document to prove thename and scale ofLNG receiving stations).The relevantdocumentary evidencemust embody at leastthefollowing contents: the signing time of thecontract,the name of the goods,the type of the goods (cryogenic butterfly valves), the name and scale of theunit (LNG receiving stations no less than 2 million tons per year ), thequantity of goods supplied, the size andclass of valve. Failure to submit arelevant documentary evidence for their reference orfailure to verify theabove information will be regarded as invalidperformance.
