中国国际名酒文化博物馆位于四川宜宾三江新区，是四川省立足加快推动成渝地区双城经济圈高质量发展，进一步展示国际名酒、中华美酒、四川好酒的深厚历史文化底蕴，启动建设的重要文化展示窗口平台。

Located inSanjiang New District of Yibin ,Sichuan Province,Chinese International Famous Liquor Culture Museumisan important cultural exhibition platform of demonstrating the efforts of Sichuan Province to accelerate the high-quality development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, and further display the profound historical and cultural deposits of international famous liquor, Chinese fine liquor and Sichuan quality liquor.

本次征集活动公开邀请具有相关设计经验的设计机构参与，欢迎全球优秀的设计机构递交《公开征集资料》。

This collection activity is intended to publicly invite outstanding designinstitutionswith relevant design experience from all over the world to submit "publiccollectiondocuments".

一、项目概况

ⅠProject overview

1、项目名称：中国国际名酒文化博物馆

1. Project name: Chinese International Famous Liquor Culture Museum

2、项目地点：中国宜宾市三江新区

2. Project location: Sanjiang New District of Yibin, Sichuan Province, China

3、项目规模：统筹研究范围总用地面积约47573平方米，博物馆建筑规模暂定在10000-25000平方米，占地面积、建筑规模等经济技术指标及具体功能均由参赛者进行策划研究并纳入规划设计。

3. Project scale: The total land area within the research scope is about 47,573 square meters, and the building scale of the museum is tentatively set at 10,000-25,000 square meters. The economic and technical indicators, such as the floor area, building scale and specific functions will be planned and studied by the participants, and then incorporated into the conceptual design.

4、工作要求：总体策划、建筑设计（含功能布局、空间形态、公共空间及展陈空间设计分析）、景观设计等子系统设计。（具体详见附件）

4. Job requirements: overall planning, architectural design (including design analysis of functional layout, spatial form, public space and exhibition space), landscape design and other subsystem design. (See the annex for details.)

5、中选单位需按照征集人要求对中选概念方案进行修改、完善等工作，并在后续阶段需对项目进行总体统筹，重点对建筑专业、室内、景观、幕墙、泛光照明等专项设计的全过程图纸进行审核提出意见。并在实施过程中对本项目建筑主体材料，以及主要的室外、室内材料进行审核确认。

5. The selected institution shall revise and improve the selected conceptual plan in accordance with the requirements of the collector, make overall planning for the project in the subsequent stage (focusing on reviewing and giving opinions on the whole-process drawings of architecture, interior, landscape, curtain wall, floodlighting and other special designs), review and confirm the main building materials of the project, as well as the main outdoor and indoor materials during the implementation process.

三、申请人资格要求（详见附件）

ⅢEligibility requirements of applicants (See the annex for details.)

1、公开报名阶段不设资质要求，境内外具有相关设计经验的设计机构（独立法人资格或具有独立承担民事责任的能力的其他组织）均可报名参加。允许联合体报名，联合体成员不得超过2家，联合体各方不得再单独以自己名义，或者与另外的设计机构组成联合体参加本次竞赛。不接受个人及个人组合的报名。

1. There is no qualification requirement in the public application stage. Design institutions with relevant design experience in China and abroad (independent legal person status or other organizations with the ability to bear civil liability independently) are eligible to submit application. The consortium is allowed to file an application with no more than 2 members, which shall not compete on their own behalf or by forming a consortium with other design institutions. The application from inbriduals or teams of inbriduals is not accepted.

2、参与本次竞赛的设计人员应为该单位的在册人员。

2. The designers participating in this competition shall be the registered personnel of the institution.

四、征集报名时间及征集资料提交要求

ⅣApplication time and submission requirements for the collected materials

1、报名时间：2020年4月30日9:00时至2020年5月9日24:00时（中国北京时间，下同）。申请人须将填写后的报名表及附件资料以PDF形式Email或邮寄至征集人，邮寄的资料以送达征集人时间为准。

1. Application time: from 9:00 on April 30, 2020 to 24:00 on May 9, 2020 (Beijing time, and the same below). The applicant should send the completed application form and the attached documents to the collector by email or by mail in PDF format. The mailed materials shall be served on the time of arrival.

五、征集说明

ⅤCollection instructions

1、征集人将根据申请人提交的资质或有关许可、业绩、简介等资料进行遴选，确定入围名额。

1. The collector will select the applicants according to the qualifications or other materials related to the permit, performance and self-introduction, and determine the shortlisted competitors.

2、本次征集活动设置不超过5个入围名额。

2. There are no more than 5 finalists in this collection activity.

3、入围的应征机构将按《征集文件》的要求开展概念方案设计工作。概念方案设计方案通过评审且公示无异议后，业主单位将给予未中选的设计机构设计补偿费；委托中选单位负责开展后续工作并支付相应费用。

3. The shortlisted application organizations will carry out the conceptual plan design according to the requirements of the Collection Document. After the conceptual plan design passes the evaluation with no objection upon public notice, the Owner will pay the design compensation to the unselected design institutions, and entrust the successful one to carry out follow-up work and pay fees.

4、解释权：本次征集活动及相关文件的最终解释权归征集人。
